Internship with AlfrescoProperty in Competa, Malaga, Andalucia, Spain.

This is a 2 week opportunity for 3 English speaking interns to learn the European holiday rental business. We have no formal educational requirements, however you need to be over 18 years old and socially aware. Mature interns are warmly welcomed as well. The company presently holds one intern period each year in Spain.
You will need to bring your own laptop computer and digital camera. It is advisable to bring a Spanish phrasebook.

By the end of the internship you will have the ability to:

1. Understand the Real Estate business in a holiday environment for property lettings.

2. Investigate the opportunities available in Europe.

3. Build and maintain your own basic property rental website via html.

4. Understand the development of business strategies after considering the competition and other variables in the region.

5. You will also be able to develop a personal mentor relationship with our European managers which will help you in your business future.

The cost is £1,500 per internee. This covers your accomodation in our large town villa, food during working hours, local transport and materials needed to fully partake in the internship. The approximate dates are 29th July - 11th August 2012. The application closing date for these sessions is 15th July 2012.

Please note you will also have to fund your airfare to Malaga airport, any private travel before and after your internship, personal insurance/medical costs, all social costs outside our board and lodging arrangements and personal spending money.
