This fabulous, modern beachside penthouse has all the facilities for a large family group. It is in an idyllic setting next to the sand dunes of the National Park. With many restaurants and a supermarket within ten minutes walk you will have everything needed for a fantastic beach or golfing holiday.

This overlooks Artola golf couse, is shaded, and great for alfresco eating. There are eight chairs and large table here for that purpose. The other two terraces are on roof top level with great views of the sea, hills and local golf courses from the beachside penthouse. One faces east and the other west, with a Dedon Daydream double lounger, canopy and cushions, Kettal settee and armchairs, gas retro BBQ, swing seat etc.

Sun bathing is assured all day and evening. Two of these terraces are totally private and not overlooked.... a rarity on the Costa del Sol.

Two double bedrooms and two twin, complete the sleeping accomodation. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Fabulous tropical gardens surround the elegant gated and secure beachside apartment blocks with a large swimming pool, childrens pool and underground changing rooms, showers, w/c's etc.

Carib Playa and Cabopino. The area surrounding the beachside penthouse is residential. A five minute stroll through the dunes takes you onto the beach at Carib Playa. Note that a section of this beach (primarially to the left) is so clean it attracts many Naturists. Here the sand is real sand, totally unlike the grit/stones you find along so much of this coast. Please note you will need your own beach towels for outdoor use.

There are five restaurants within a five minute walk of the penthouse. A fifteen minute walk through the National Park brings you to the beautiful port of Cabopino. Sunbed and umbrella hire is available. At Andy's beach, you can persue most watersports, sailing, windsurfing, paracending, kite surfing, paddle boats, dolphin watching and skin diving. Plenty to do for all the family. Or why not have a (long) day trip to Morocco.

GOLF...... As a golfer, you will know already, the facilities this part of the world has to offer. We are a five minutes drive from the beachside penthouse to Cabopino Golf Course, which with its dipping hills and beautiful scenery, makes it a thoroughly enjoyable course to play. Calahonda, Marbella are all a ten minute drive from the penthouse, enabling you to play a different course every day of your golfing holiday....however no practising bunker shots on the dunes!
