Damage deposit returned at the end of your stay between £300.00 and £500.00 depending on party size. We pay for the laundry and linen.
We operate a fully refundable Damage deposit system for all our properties. The Damage deposit is rarely called upon as our clients are on the whole very considerate to our properties.
As we live in all our properies ourselves at various times of the year, we generally have a higher standard of furnishings and fittings than you would expect to find in similar other rentals. This is the reason we have a Damage deposit. Please email us when you get home with details of how you want the Damage deposit repaid. Thanks.
Laundry, Linen and Cleaning, Inventory.
We pay the cost for the cleaning and checking of the inventory of the property on your departure, however we do expect it to be left in the same condition as you found it. Any large amount of extra cleaning by our local staff or missing or broken items has to be paid for and we could reluctantly charge you accordingly. We provide bedlinen and house towels for your use. We do not provide swimming towels.
