The Dunes is in a unique setting next to the sand dunes of the Andalucian National Park.
The area surrounding the beachside penthouse is residential. It is literally the last Boats at Cabopino port. beachside property before the protected sand dunes, which are now an official Andalucian National park. A five minute stroll through the dunes takes you onto the beach at Carib Playa. A section of this beach to the left towards Cabopino attracts Naturists. The beach area to the right of the apartment backs onto beautiful bouganvillea filled avenues and makes push chair access easy. The beaches have real sand, totally unlike the grit/stones you find along so much of this coast.

There are five restaurants within easy strolling distance of the penthouse. There are two supermarkets and a newsagent selling foreign papers as well as an internet cafe close by. A fifteen minute walk through the National Park brings you to the beautiful port of Cabopino.
Here you will find beach bars, water sport activities, restaurants serving food from many different parts of the world, Chinese, Italian, Indian, and of course Spanish. Cabopino tower with the port behind. Entrance to the complex. The port is a joy to stroll around, as it is full of large beautiful motorboats and the occasional yacht. On the wide sandy beaches in the main season there are life guards to watch the activities. Sunbed and umbrella hire is available.
