This beach house is set in it's own walled gardens with coconut palms, bougainvillia and cashew nut trees. To the rear of the house is a granite table and benches set under a pergola next to a BBQ terrace area. The whole area is paved in natural stone which makes it ideal for sitting out under the sun, enjoying the BBQ or relaxing under the southern stars after nightfall. Exterior lighting bathes the whole area which enables a convivial atmosphere to be maintained throughout the long warm evenings. There is an exterior shower and plenty of shade from the trees. The front of the house has a large first floor balcony and covered ground floor terrace. parking is available for 3 cars within the grounds.
